Both the desktop and browser version of Perfect Teller provide access to the "Get Member Statements" link. You may choose the options to receive online statements in the future not paper statements. Click that option on the desktop version of Perfect Teller or ask your Credit Union representative to set your account up for online statements only.

24-Hour ATM
Withdraw cash at all four of our locations, Main office, Meridian Branch, Dunkirk, and Winchester ATM. There are no fees if you use our ATM's. Activity at other owned ATM's receive a $1.00 per transaction fee.

Access surcharge-free ATM's in 38 states through our partnership with Alliance One. In Indiana most credit unions are participants of Alliance one. To avoid unnecessary fees, look for the blue and white Alliance One logo for surcharge free ATM transactions as you travel. Visit Alliance One to search for a particular location or for a complete list of partner ATM's.

Sybil - Telephone Teller
Your finances are just a phone call away with a computerized telephone teller available 24 hours everyday at no cost. Transfer money, or payments, verify balances, check for drafts/checks clearing your account, and get account or loan information. You can request a pin number or request a Sybil application. You may also pick up a Sybil application at all three CrossRoads Financial Federal Credit Union locations. Complete a Sybil application and then use your touch tone phone and call 260-729-5072 or toll free 888-729-5072.

CU-at-Home Perfect Teller Internet Banking
Free 24 hour account access with the click of a mouse. It's safe, secure, and convenient. You may request a password. You may also pick up a Perfect Teller application at all three CrossRoads Financial Federal Credit Union locations to enjoy easy online banking. Use your computer to transfer money, make loan payments, view your account history, and print copies of your paid drafts/checks whenever you want! Sign on to Perfect Teller and click on Bill Pay to enroll. Complete the information as instructed. Security Key refers to anything you choose. It will simply show up when you first log on to let you know you're in the correct place. One to two days after enrollment you'll receive an email from us when you can begin paying bills!

Protect yourself from overdraft fees with our free automatic overdraft protection transfers. Sign up and you may choose one account from any savings account you keep extra funds in to serve as your overdraft protection. National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF)
Insurance coverage paid for by your credit union and administered by the National Credit Union Administration. NCUSIF is very strong and healthy and consistently exceeds it's target for insurance funds. Most member accounts are insured up to the $250,000 federal limit. Based on your account structure you could be insured for more than $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United states Government.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Free basic coverage up to $5,000 provided by the credit union to account holder. Member may choose additional coverage at their expense with premiums withdrawn quarterly from your regular share/savings account.

Available in any amount. You may purchase money orders and sign them or cashier checks and a credit union representative will sign them.

Shopping for a gift?? CrossRoads members look no further! You'll find prepaid Visa Gift Cards to meet your needs at all CrossRoads locations. Give the gift your special person will appreciate --- one good for purchases anywhere Visa is accepted. Give $25 to $500 and pick it up at our offices in Dunkirk or Portland! Cards are good for 18 months and assistance is available 24/7. Cost for a Visa Gift Card is $5.00.
