Important Online Banking
(Perfect Teller) Upgrade
An important upgrade of your Online Banking at Crossroads
must take place before December 31, 2020. On that date
Adobe will no longer support Flash and your current version
of Online Banking will no longer work on desktop or tablets.
Smart Phone users can continue to use the Mobile App AS
IT IS, if they choose to. Or they can open a browser on
their mobile device and have access to the new version
via the same link as the desktop uses.
What do you need
- Make sure CrossRoads has your correct phone
number, including area code on file.
- If you transfer
in or out from other member account numbers, make
sure you have authorized those transfers
and the account numbers have been listed under
your account at CrossRoads. (Other options are available,
require additional PINs)
- If you normally log in
through the CrossRoads website, you can skip step
4. The log in site
on our website
will be automatically updated for you on Monday,
- If you usually log in to online banking
through a saved short cut on your desktop, you will
need to use
address and save it to your desktop.
- Follow the steps to
authenticate yourself when you log in on the upgraded
site the first
choose voice or text to receive your new
authentication PIN when
you log in. If your current phone number
including area code is not on file at CrossRoads, you
will be delayed
and must call the credit union. Please double
check with us before!
